Yes. TRICARE requires you to have a prescription for compression socks to process your claim. Our staff will ensure that your prescription has the necessary information, and we are happy to assist you with obtaining a prescription for your compression socks.

Most patients receive their compression socks within a week of placing their order. It may be longer, however, if there are problems confirming your eligibility with TRICARE or if we are unable to obtain a prescription from your healthcare provider. We will notify you if any such issues arise.

With most orders, your compression socks will ship as soon as we receive your prescription. We ship all orders with free standard ground shipping (3 to 7 business days). You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Claims are submitted to TRICARE after the product has shipped. The shipment date is the date that is submitted to your insurance company to indicate when the service was provided. This is known as the date of service.

If Go Strong Supply causes a shipping error by sending you an item that is not the one you ordered, the wrong size (for sized items), the wrong color, or if the item was damaged by the carrier when it arrived, then we will gladly make an exception and do an exchange for the correct product. The customer remains financially responsible for any product eligible to be exchanged until that item is received back into our warehouse and inspected.
